Animation for Beginners Animation for Beginners is an introductory course for the beginner. The course will give a straightforward approach to a range of traditional animation techniques - including stop motion, 2D animation. The participants will have the chance to explore the animation process by completing a series of short exercises. Emphasis will be placed on the entire production arc, from generating ideas and setting up the equipment to designing and making simple stop motion puppets. This course includes: • Introduction to the basic principles of animation design and storytelling • A focus on practical exercises • Developing short animated sequences using a variety of techniques. • Learning how to create simple 2D drawn animated sequences • Learning how to design and create a simple stop motion puppet Suitable for: Beginners Limited to 10 participants
